Symptoms :
Uneasiness, Fatigue, Pain in the abdomen, Fullness in the upper right side of the abdomen.
Diet to be taken : High Fibre, Lean Proteins ( Prefer more of Plant Protein), Healthy fats, Low Carbohydrates.
Fruits esp. Vitamin C rich like lime & lemons, Oranges, Kiwi, Lychees, Guava, Strawberries, Papayas, Indian Gooseberry ( Amla).
*Red Grapes.
Turmeric.
Vegetables esp. Green leafy Vegetables ( To prevent fat build-Up ), & Vitamin C rich Vegetables : Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Red & Green Bell Peppers. Mustard Spinach, Fenugreek leaves, *Beetroot, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Yellow Peppers, Kale, Asparagus, Avocados, Carrots, Garlic, Legumes, Whole- grains, Wheat- Germ.
Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12 , Choline are important its therapeutic dietary sources should be included in the diet.
Drink coffee atleast thrice to lower abnormal liver enzymes, Green tea.
Drink plenty of
water.

Use
Olive oil, Walnut oil.

Avoidance:
Added Sugar, Salt, Dairy, Saturated fats : Chicken, Meat, Pork. Trans fats : Red meat, Margarine, Partially Hydrogenated Oils. Refined Carbohydrates: Refined flour, White Rice, White Bread, White Pasta. Alcohol, Deep fried foods, Pickles, Papad, Sweets, Fruit Juices, Canned Foods, Sauces, Mayonnaise.
Lose extra kilos from the body.
Exercise atleast for 30 minutes.
Running, Walking, Jogging .
Plant- based Diet is favorable.
Prefer Plant Protein food sources like Beans: Kidney beans, legumes: Chickpeas .Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Quinoa, Tofu, Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese Over Animal Protein.
Mediterranean Diet is best suited for this condition.
Ketogenic Diet is suitable.
